LOW TEMPERATURE O-RINGS DOWN TO -250° C

The low-temperature O-rings down to -250° C consist of an outer casing made of FEP or PFA with a flat spring made of stainless spring steel 301 (AMS 5519N). The O-rings have a minimum ID of 10.82 mm with a cord of 1.78 mm and the maximum ID here is 254 mm. Like the maximum inner diameter, the minimum inner diameter changes with the cord diameter.

Low temperature O-rings

Very large inner diameters can also be produced from cord 2.62 mm. There are around 20 different cord thicknesses available. The design should be such that stretching of the low-temperature O-ring is not necessary. The O-ring may be stretched by a maximum of 3-4$. For pressures above 60 bar please contact us.
