PTFE hoses

The white PTFE cores make the use of smooth, low corrugated and corrugated PTFE hoses toxicologically and physiologically safe. They can be used in a temperature range between -50 °C and +250 °C. They are assembled with an extensive range of fittings to form ready-to-install hose lines. Stainless steel braiding enables them to be used in high-pressure applications. The range also includes electrically conductive versions with a black core.

The PTFE corrugated hose is used as a suction and pressure line wherever dynamics are required. Areas of application include moving production systems. If contact between the medium and the fitting is to be prevented, the universally resistant PTFE hose can be pulled through the connection fitting and crimped.

Low corrugated hoses are almost smooth, a slight corrugation is caused by the metal spiral on the outside which prevents the hose from kinking. Low corrugated hoses can therefore not be supplied by the meter. We only supply these hoses ready cut to length with the required connections.
