We produce finished plastic parts (turned parts and milled parts) according to customer drawings from all commercially available materials such as PTFE, PEEK, Polyimide, POM, PA, PP, PE etc.
The machining spectrum for plastic turned parts ranges from 1 to 1800 mm in diameter.
One of the focal points is the material polytetrafluoroethylene PTFE for applications e.g. in mechanical engineering, medical technology, electrical engineering and many other sectors. This family of materials is characterized by its almost universal chemical resistance, maximum tightness and physiological harmlessness. The fillings result in lower setting behavior and better temperature resistance. We produce finished plastic parts made of PTFE in the form of plain bearings, rings, seals, composite bearings, plugs, bushes, sleeves, balls, bellows, etc. etc.
We also offer isostatically pressed parts made of PTFE in the form of floats, hollow bodies (balls), shells, nozzles, etc.
