COLORED O-RINGS FOR YOUR SAFETY
As an O-ring manufacturer, we strive to meet the requirements of our customers. The classic colored rubber O-ring is a ring with a round cross-section that serves as a seal to prevent leakage of liquids or gases. There are static and dynamic seals. Dynamic seals are usually oscillating or rotating.
Colored O-rings are also used specifically as a safety factor to differentiate between different materials. This makes it very difficult to mix up materials as they can be immediately identified visually.
Like normal O-rings, colored O-rings are designed to reduce leakage of liquids and gases to a minimum.

As an O-ring manufacturer, we have a large number of tools with which we can produce O-rings with the smallest ID (inside diameter), e.g. for watches, right up to special sizes.

Color coding (Pantone)
Red 187C, orange 1665C, yellow 7404U, green 3298C, blue 280C, gray 431C, violet 2665U, brown 4975C, milky warm gray 1C.
The color specifications are approximate, depending on the mixture, the color may vary slightly.
Please note that not every material is available in every Shore hardness in all colors. In some cases, a minimum quantity must also be expected.
