To complement our product range, we supply high-performance plastics in the form of rods, sheets and tubes, depending on the desired application or the intended further processing technology. We cover a wide range of semi-finished plastic materials for a wide variety of industrial applications.
One of the focal points here is PTFE semi-finished products - rods, tubes and sheets made of pure PTFE and filled PTFE such as PTFE glass, PTFE carbon, PTFE carbon / graphite, PTFE bronze, PTFE Ekonol etc. This family of materials is characterized by its almost universal chemical resistance, maximum impermeability and physiological harmlessness. The fillings result in less settling behavior and better temperature resistance.
We also offer semi-finished plastic products in the form of rods, tubes and sheets made from all commercially available thermoplastic materials such as PEEK, PI (polyimide), POM, PA, PE, etc. On request, the high-performance plastics can also be turned or milled, i.e. parts can be produced to your desired dimensions or according to drawings.
