CIMAFLON ePTFE flat gasket tapes have a lower cold flow compared to conventional PTFE flat gaskets . CIMAFLON ePTFE flat gasket tapes are suitable for sealing joints in the force main connection. CIMAFLON ePTFE flat gasket tapes are used for all types of flange connections. Heat exchangers, tanks, hand and manholes, pumps, centrifuges, reactors and many other applications.
Chemical resistance
ph 0-14 resistant to all media except dissolved or molten alkali metals and elemental fluorine at higher temperatures and pressures.
Temperature resistance
-204 to +270°C, briefly up to 315°C
Recommended operating conditions
Pressure - vacuum up to 40 bar
Temperature - -240 to +150°C
