O-rings, the classic rubber seals
As an O-ring manufacturer, we strive to meet the requirements of our customers. The classic rubber O-ring is a ring with a round cross-section that serves as a seal to prevent leakage of liquids or gases. There are static and dynamic seals. Dynamic seals are usually oscillating or rotating.
The O-ring is mainly used in the force shunt. A temperature range from -70 °C to +320 °C can be covered. Provided the design is suitable, pressures of up to approx. 400 bar can be sealed in an ultra-vacuum.
O-rings are designed to minimize the leakage of liquids and gases. The O-ring has numerous advantages, such as
- good sealing reliability with different and fluctuating pressures, temperatures and in contact with liquids
- a low surface pressure
- the wide temperature range

- extremely simple installation / removal

As an O-ring manufacturer, we have a large number of tools with which we can produce O-rings with the smallest ID (inside diameter), e.g. for watches, right up to special sizes. We also produce large individual pieces from round cords at low cost (see round cord rings).
Meist sind O-Ringe Innendurchmesser (ID) < 700 mm aus einem Werkzeug hergestellt. Sollten Sie gössere O-Ringe aus einem Werkzeug benötigen (keine Rundschnurringe) bitte Anfragen und unbedingt erwähnen “aus Werkzeug”.
